Content Requirements
📹 Video Format
- Minimum 4K resolution
- Minimum 60 FPS
- Original camera files preferred
- No resizing, filters or processing before submission
- VisiCan must remain clearly visible and readable
📸 Photo Format
- Minimum 3840 × 2160 pixels
- Original camera files preferred
- VisiCan must be in focus
- Display values must be clearly readable
- Leave sufficient space for horizontal, square and vertical cropping
🎯 Composition
- Keep the VisiCan display close to the center of the frame
- Avoid excessive camera shake
- Check lens cleanliness before recording
- Check exposure and reflections on the display
- Leave enough space around the VisiCan for future cropping
VisiCan may crop, resize and reformat approved content for different website, social media and promotional formats while keeping the VisiCan display clear and readable.
Submit Your Content
Please send the original, unedited files to the VisiCan team using a file-sharing service such as Google Drive, WeTransfer, OneDrive or another service that provides access to the original files.

Review Process
Submitted content will be downloaded and reviewed by the VisiCan team within 24–48 hours.
Approved submissions will receive the corresponding VisiCan Voucher Code.
If a submission does not meet the requirements, the VisiCan team will provide feedback where possible. The user may submit a new version of the same content category after correcting the identified issues.
Reward Rules
- A user may earn each reward category once.
- Available reward categories are: My Ride My VisiCan, Hello VisiCan, VisiCan On Action, VisiCan On Track and Installing VisiCan.
- The maximum possible reward per user is €140.
- If a submission does not meet the requirements, the same category may be resubmitted after the identified issues have been corrected.
- Each Voucher Code is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
- Voucher Codes may be transferred to another person, such as a friend.
- Voucher Codes may be used individually or combined with other VisiCan Voucher Codes.
- Voucher Codes should be treated as private codes. Please do not publicly share your code on social media or other public platforms.
- Protecting the Voucher Code against unauthorized use is the responsibility of the person holding the code.
Installing VisiCan — Vehicle Coverage
To help us build installation documentation across different vehicles, the Installing VisiCan reward is available only for vehicle models or configurations that are not already covered by an approved installation video.
Once an installation video for a specific vehicle/model configuration has been approved and added to our documentation, additional submissions for the same model/configuration will not qualify for another Installing VisiCan reward.
The covered vehicle/model list will be updated as new installation videos are approved.

Use Your VisiCan Vouchers
Your earned VisiCan Vouchers can be used individually or combined.

Content Rights & Permissions
By submitting content for the VisiCan LifeStyle & Rewards program, the creator retains ownership of the original content and grants VisiCanEU / VisiAlta Group a non-exclusive license to reproduce, edit, crop, resize, subtitle, translate, publish and distribute the submitted content for VisiCan marketing, advertising, website, social media and promotional purposes.
VisiCan may crop, resize, edit, shorten, subtitle, translate or combine submitted content for different formats, platforms and promotional materials.
You must have the necessary rights and permissions for all people, vehicles, locations and third-party material appearing in your submission.
Do not submit copyrighted music, third-party footage, photographs or other protected material unless you have the necessary permission to use and license it.
If you publish rewarded VisiCan content on social media, you are responsible for following the applicable advertising, sponsorship and commercial-content disclosure requirements of your country and the platform you use.
Performance Content & Safety
Performance videos must be recorded only on a legally permitted closed course, track, drag strip or other location where the activity is lawful.
Do not record or submit speeding, dangerous driving or performance runs conducted on public roads.
Camera equipment must not obstruct the driver's view, steering controls, pedals or other vehicle controls.
VisiCan may reject content that shows traffic violations, dangerous driving, inappropriate public-road behavior or other unsafe activity.
📸 My Ride My VisiCan

Create a high-quality photo set showing your vehicle and VisiCan installation.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 original photographs.
- One exterior photograph showing the vehicle.
- One driver-view photograph with the VisiCan clearly visible.
- One close-up photograph of the VisiCan display.
- One wider alternative angle showing the VisiCan together with the dashboard, air vent or surrounding vehicle interior.
- VisiCan must be in focus and its displayed values must be clearly readable.
- Photos should leave sufficient space for future cropping.
🎬 Hello VisiCan
Reward: €10
Create a short ownership/startup sequence beginning outside the vehicle and ending with the VisiCan display fully operational.
Requirements
- Minimum 15–25 seconds.
- Start with a wide exterior view of the vehicle.
- Show the vehicle door opening and entering the vehicle.
- Bring the VisiCan display toward the center of the frame.
- Check lens cleanliness and minimize camera shake.
- Focus clearly on the VisiCan display.
- Show ignition/startup and the VisiCan boot-up animation.
- The final VisiCan display should remain clearly visible for at least 3 seconds.
- Finish with a wider view of the dashboard / steering wheel area.
- No talking or music is required.
🏁 VisiCan On Action
Reward: €25
Create a short performance video with VisiCan clearly visible during acceleration.
Requirements
- Minimum 10–15 seconds.
- Suggested formats include 0–100, 60–160 or 100–200 km/h where legally permitted.
- VisiCan must be large, central and clearly readable.
- The vehicle instrument cluster should also be visible where practical.
- Engine sound and gear changes should be clearly audible.
- No background music.
- Minimize camera shake and camera-position changes.
- Performance runs must be recorded only on a legally permitted closed course, track, drag strip or other lawful location.
- Do not record or submit speeding or dangerous driving on public roads.
- Videos showing public-road traffic violations, dangerous driving or inappropriate road activity will be rejected.
🏎️ VisiCan On Track
Reward: €40
Capture VisiCan in action during a track day, open-pit session or race session.
Requirements
- Minimum 25–45 seconds.
- Recorded during a track day, open-pit session or race session.
- Several gear changes should be visible or audible where applicable.
- The video should include approximately 3 or more corners.
- VisiCan display data must remain clearly visible and readable.
- Steering wheel, track and surrounding track environment may be visible.
- Engine sound, gear changes and engine response should be clearly audible.
- No background music.
- Minimize camera shake and camera-position changes.
- Camera equipment must not obstruct the driver's view or vehicle controls.
🔧 Installing VisiCan
Reward: €60
Create an installation video that can help another VisiCan owner understand how VisiCan is installed on the same vehicle/model configuration.
You do not need to edit the final video yourself. You may send the original, longer footage to the VisiCan team. If approved, VisiCan may cut, speed up, crop, subtitle and format the footage for publication.
Requirements
- Minimum 35–45 seconds of usable footage.
- Show the vehicle before VisiCan installation.
- Show the relevant dashboard / air vent area before installation.
- Show removal of the relevant air vent or trim components where applicable.
- Show removal of vent slats where applicable.
- Show placement of the VisiCan display.
- Show cable routing and connection to the vehicle.
- Show reassembly of the vehicle components.
- Show ignition and successful VisiCan startup.
- The final installation and display should be clearly visible.
- The video should be useful as a reference for another VisiCan owner.
VisiCan Voucher Terms
Each reward voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
Vouchers may be transferred to another person, such as a friend.
Multiple VisiCan Voucher Codes may be used individually or combined.
